Page numbers, recent jobs & RSS feeds

With the Polytec website refusing to rank for several key search phrases, will restructuring the jobs listings and adding an RSS feed improve its performance?

Some of the changes have just been made and the RSS feeds won't be complete for a day or two so it will be some days or possibly a week or two before we have an answer. But it's worth having a quite look at some key figures now before the changes have any effect.

The current PageRank is 4/10 which is reasonable.
The number of back-links is only 5 - this should be addressed next
The number of pages listed is 524 which is very healthy - the page titles suggest they could be improved. Google seems to be caching multiple dynamic search pages each with the same page title. The search page should be updated so that the page title reflects the keywords used.
